Apprenticeship as Sales Assistant / Retail Clerk – 2027

Apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in the Azubi Club at the Norderstedt store, Rathausallee 25a. You learn to organise retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. Sales assistant (m/f/d) takes 2 years, retail clerk (m/f/d) takes 3 years. With good performance you are taken on in a permanent employment contract.

• On the sales floor: You make sure our sales area always looks great: full shelves, perfectly displayed products and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
• At the checkout: You check out customers quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly for our customers.
• In advice: You know what is trending, recognise the individual needs of our customers and find the right products.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues.

• Your reliability and punctuality are unbeatable! You can also easily handle the flexible opening hours in a shift system.
• You are a real team player and motivated to pitch in everywhere, whether at the checkout, on the shelf or in advice.
• You have a feel for trends and like responding to customer wishes
