About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in Hilden, St.-Konrad-Allee 9-11. Learn to organise retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. Training lasts two years for sales assistants or three years for retail specialists.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: Keep shelves stocked, products well displayed and the sales area looking its best so customers enjoy shopping.
- At the till: Serve customers quickly, stay organised and keep checkout running smoothly.
- Advising customers: Know current trends, understand each customer's needs and find products that suit their daily lives.
- In the team: Work closely with colleagues, listen to everyone and help run the store together.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual and can comfortably work shifts covering the store's flexible opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are keen to help wherever needed, at the till, on the shelves or advising customers.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You are keen to develop and learn new skills.
