About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in Flensburg, Hochfelder Landstr. 21. You will learn to organise retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. The sales assistant apprenticeship lasts two years, and the retail sales specialist apprenticeship lasts three years.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: Fill shelves, display products well and keep the sales area tidy to give customers a good shopping experience.
- At the checkout: Take payments quickly, keep track of transactions and ensure a smooth checkout.
- When advising customers: Know current trends, understand individual customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- In the team: Work closely with colleagues and listen to everyone.
Requirements
- Reliability, punctuality and willingness to work shifts covering flexible opening hours.
- Team spirit and motivation to help at the checkout, on the shelves and with customer advice.
- An eye for trends and enjoyment in responding to customers' wishes.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people.
- Willingness to develop and learn new skills.
