About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in Ueckermünde. You will learn to organize retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. The sales assistant apprenticeship lasts two years, and the retail sales specialist apprenticeship lasts three years.
What You'll Learn
- Keep shelves stocked, present products well and create a good shopping experience on the sales floor.
- Handle payments quickly, stay organized and ensure a smooth checkout process.
- Recognize trends and individual customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Work closely with colleagues and listen to the team.
Requirements
- Reliability, punctuality and willingness to work shifts during flexible store opening hours.
- Team spirit and motivation to help at the checkout, with shelves and with customer advice.
- An eye for trends and enjoyment of meeting customers' needs.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people.
- Willingness to develop and learn new skills.
