About this Apprenticeship
At ROSSMANN, you will learn to organise retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. The sales assistant apprenticeship lasts two years, and the retail sales specialist apprenticeship lasts three years. Pay in the first training year is between 1,090 and 1,270 euros per month.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: Keep shelves stocked, present products well and make shopping enjoyable for customers.
- At the checkout: Handle payments quickly, stay organised and help customers check out smoothly.
- When advising customers: Know current trends, understand each customer's needs and find products that suit their daily lives.
- In the team: Work closely with your colleagues and listen to everyone. Keep the store running together.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual. You can work shifts covering the store's flexible opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are keen to help everywhere, whether at the checkout, stocking shelves or advising customers.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop your skills and learn new things.
