What You'll Learn
- Your role: As a Logistics Expert you are part of the 4-person Process Coordination team
- Shape interfaces: You analyze and optimize processes at the direct handover points between logistics and our neighboring departments (e.g. sales, purchasing, marketing and audit)
- Find solutions together: You bring the right people to the table, moderate cross-departmental rounds and translate different requirements into a common, smooth workflow
- Take responsibility: Depending on your experience and successes, we quickly transfer extensive responsibility for strategic in-house projects to you
- Establish simplicity: You question the status quo and design target processes that not only look good on paper but can be easily lived by all involved in daily work
Requirements
- Background: Whether a degree with a logistics focus or an apprenticeship with professional experience in project or process management with a focus on logistics/production
- Process thinking with assessment ability: You don't have to be a tool expert. What is much more important to us is your clear, structured way of thinking and the ability to break down complex processes to the essentials
- Communication strength & empathy: You actively approach people, listen and understand the needs of salespeople just as well as those of colleagues from audit or purchasing
- High independence: You don't wait for tasks, but recognize potentials independently and drive your topics forward with healthy ambition
- Passion for logistics & retail: You simply have a desire for the dynamics of retail and want to actively shape the success story of ROSSMANN
