What You'll Learn
- As Product Owner, you are responsible for the further development of knowledge management in ServiceNow and control its strategic and operational orientation
- Together with the specialist departments, you build a company-wide organization of central and decentralized knowledge managers and establish uniform roles, standards, and processes
- You coordinate cooperation with external service providers and ServiceNow as a system supplier in a targeted manner and ensure a reliable exchange
- By building high-quality knowledge databases, you create the basis for fast and efficient handling of incidents
- At the same time, you ensure that content is available in a structured and quality-assured manner so that AI agents can automate recurring tasks
- With a clearly prioritized backlog, you continuously develop knowledge management further and ensure transparency about progress and results
- In interaction with specialist departments, external partners, and the ServiceNow team, you promote successful and solution-oriented collaboration
Requirements
- A degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification complemented by professional experience in the IT environment
- Practical experience in knowledge management, ideally in the environment of platform solutions such as ServiceNow
- Knowledge in the role of Product Owner or in managing requirements and backlogs, preferably in an agile working environment
- A good understanding of the use of AI agents as well as the requirements for structured and high-quality knowledge databases
- Organizational talent and a pragmatic approach with which you actively drive topics forward and develop solutions
- Strong communication and coordination skills in dealing with various stakeholders, specialist departments, and service providers
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working as well as very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
