From Germany, you lead projects for the introduction of ServiceNow in other European countries and drive the rollout successfully forward. With your eye for structure, you contribute to blueprints that standardize and make the international rollout repeatable. In exchange with the stakeholders of the foreign subsidiaries, you coordinate requirements, schedules, and milestones clearly and bindingly. As a central link, you promote cooperation between international specialist departments, external partners, and the ServiceNow team at headquarters. You keep technical and organizational dependencies in view – thus ensuring continuous project progress. You carefully organize important dates such as steering committees and stakeholder meetings, prepare content before and after, and create status reports and decision templates.

Your degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification forms a strong professional basis. In the management of IT projects, you have several years of experience, ideally in the environment of platform solutions such as ServiceNow. You know international or cross-location projects and rollouts from practice and manage them with a sure overview. You apply classic and agile project management methods soundly and use them appropriately for the respective project situation. Your communication and coordination skills help you to successfully bring together international stakeholders and teams. A good basic technical understanding characterizes you – initial contact with the ServiceNow platform rounds off your profile. Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work is combined by you with intercultural competence, occasional willingness to travel, and very good German and English skills in word and writing.
