Team Leader Logistics

Team leader in logistics, full-time and permanent, at the central warehouse in Landsberg near Halle. You lead one of the teams of the new picking preparation area so that stores are supplied with goods on time.

• You lead and manage one of the teams of the new picking preparation area in the central warehouse in Landsberg near Halle, in disciplinary, organizational and professional terms
• Your main goal is to motivate your team of about 25 employees to ensure goods are provided on time for our stores
• Supporting, training and developing the assigned employees is one of the central challenges of your role
• You organize all daily workflows and ensure smooth operations
• You promote appreciative and respectful interaction in the team and report directly to the department management

• A completed commercial or technical vocational training with several years of professional experience, or a business administration degree
• You already have some experience leading and coordinating teams
• Strong communication, organizational skills and the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations
• Good MS Office skills
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (3 shifts)
