Together, our strong logistics teams in our distribution centers pull together to supply our stores on time with the right goods – from controlling our warehouse halls to loading and unloading to delivery and goods inspection. With the technical and disciplinary leadership of your team in the logistics area (order picking in the e-commerce warehouse), you form the communication interface between employees and department management. You ensure proper work processes and efficient personnel and resource deployment. You also monitor the deployment and attendance of employees and ensure order and cleanliness within your area so that daily work runs smoothly. Furthermore, you take over the organization of goods dispatch and the control of loading processes. Finally, you ensure compliance with safety guidelines and occupational health and safety measures and support the department management.

Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist and/or relevant professional experience in warehousing and materials management. Good instinct in dealing with people and ideally initial leadership experience combined with a performance-oriented work style. Professional and technical knowledge in vehicle and pick-by-voice picking. Communication skills, organizational talent and stress resistance. Work in fixed shift models, Monday to Friday from 6 am - 2 pm and 2 pm - 10 pm. Good MS Office skills. Willingness to work shifts. Intercultural competence.
