About this Apprenticeship

- Agile development team: As part of a Scrum/Kanban team, you collaborate with experienced developers and contribute to the conception, development, and implementation of software solutions
- Programming in practice: You program with modern technologies – mainly Java – and support the further development of our system platform
- Experience Scrum live: You actively participate in sprint events such as plannings, dailies, and retrospectives and see how agile collaboration works in daily practice
- Code quality: You assist with code reviews, examine team solutions, and thus contribute to the quality assurance of our applications
- Own mini-projects: Within your capabilities, you take on smaller development tasks or sub-projects and learn the entire software lifecycle – from idea to go-live

Requirements
- Studies: You are an enrolled student in Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or a comparable degree program? Then that's a perfect fit!
- Theses: You are nearing your Bachelor's or Master's thesis? We gladly support you and offer the opportunity to write your thesis in our subject area. The specific research question we develop together – matching your interests and our projects
- Coding basics: You have initial programming skills – ideally in Java, JavaScript, or another object-oriented language. You don't need to be a pro yet, but should be eager to develop further
- Agile enthusiasm: Terms like Scrum, Kanban, sprints, or dailies excite you and you are interested in modern, team-oriented software development
- Structure & solutions: You work carefully, approach tasks in a structured way, and actively seek solutions instead of giving up quickly
- Team & communication: You enjoy exchanging ideas with others, contribute your ideas, and communicate openly – even when you have questions or something doesn't work right away
