Division Manager Order Picking

We are looking for an inspiring leadership personality who also acts as an impulse generator and strategy expert to lead and further develop our order picking. The employment relationship is permanent.

Leadership responsibility: With your team of team leaders and operators you manage around 160 employees technically and disciplinarily; Focus on motivation: In your daily work, the motivation of your team is central to ensure reliable and timely provision of goods for our stores; Employee development: The targeted support, further development and promotion of your employees characterises your leadership style and sustainably strengthens team performance; Performance management: With a trained eye you keep track of KPIs and quality targets at all times and ensure that results are met; Process optimisation: Your analyses bring movement into existing processes – you recognise potential and implement improvements effectively; Collaboration: In cross-divisional coordination for a wide range of projects you actively contribute your perspective and drive joint solutions forward

A completed commercial or technical apprenticeship or a business degree forms your professional foundation; You bring several years of professional experience in the disciplinary management of large teams; With a confident demeanor and clear communication you gain trust and reach different target groups; You keep an overview of the requirements of all stakeholders and react quickly to situations that disrupt operations; If you also enjoy working in a dynamic and demanding team and bring a high level of commitment, you are an excellent fit for us
