Our process managers optimize international end-to-end processes and develop clear target images for the implementation of our blueprint strategy together with specialist departments and IT. They are also responsible for the introduction and further development of standardized systems in international markets and control rollout, migration, and transformation projects.
What You'll Learn
- Definition and prioritization of product requirements for the specialist departments in the pharmacy area based on business goals and the company's strategic orientation
- Advising stakeholders on strategic and operational questions in the area of Dynamics 365 Business Central with a focus on pharmaceutical and pharmacy processes
- Close collaboration with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into well-thought-out and feasible product development tasks (user stories)
- Responsibility for the development and updating of the product roadmap as well as planning the functional and technical development steps of the ERP system in the pharmacy environment
- Close coordination with the development team to ensure that product requirements and priorities are understood and effectively implemented
- Continuous improvement of the system by identifying optimization potentials, monitoring trends, and evaluating new technologies and solutions in the pharmacy and pharmaceutical sector
- Conducting regular status meetings, reporting to management, and presenting product updates
Requirements
- Professional experience as ERP consultant or product owner or in a comparable position
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Navision) as well as good knowledge of related ERP modules and functionalities
- Knowledge of business processes in the pharmaceutical or pharmacy environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Experience with agile development methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Very good English skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
