Apprenticeship as a Marketing Communications Specialist

Three-year full-time apprenticeship starting on 1 August 2027 with RTL Deutschland in Cologne as part of Ad Alliance. You will work in B2B marketing on brands, advertising opportunities and cross-media campaigns.

You will contribute to marketing activities and communication measures for B2B brands. You will help develop communication concepts, learn about channels ranging from print to social media, support creative marketing activities, create presentations, digital banner campaigns and social cards, edit short videos, and learn how creative work processes are developed, organized and managed. You will coordinate with colleagues from other business areas and external service providers.

Interest in moving images, the internet and media; completed higher education entrance qualification with at least good grades in German and English; basic MS Office skills and initial knowledge of graphic and design software; web design and video editing skills are a plus; strong organizational skills, numerical understanding, commitment, reliability, flexibility and fluent German at least at C1 level. Initial experience at TV, media or advertising agencies is an advantage but not required.
