Insurance Agency Sales Assistant

An insurance sales assistant role at the R+V Generalagentur Jobst & Gärtner OHG in Schlüchtern. You handle customer enquiries, support the sales team and carry out administrative tasks in a secure permanent position with the agency.

• Customer focus: You are the first point of contact for customer enquiries, prepare individual offers, record claims and reliably coordinate appointments for the sales team.
• Relationship management: You actively maintain existing customer relationships and strengthen them by telling customers about product improvements.
• Collaboration: As a team player, you help prepare and carry out sales activities and take on administrative tasks.
• Persuasion: In direct contact with customers, you impress through your service and use modern digital advisory tools to provide the best possible advice.

• Completed vocational training, ideally in a business-related field
• A clear focus on customers and empathy
• Organisational skills and initiative
• Good MS Office skills and an interest in digital tools
