About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship in bank sales at R+V Insurance in Hameln. You work closely with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to advise customers on insurance, financial planning and investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: Work with the team in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and expand your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understand insurance: Learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advice is given to real customers.
- Work as a team: Prepare and follow up on customer meetings, create quotes and support the team in completing contracts.
Requirements
- Intermediate secondary school certificate or a qualification for university or university of applied sciences entry
- Curiosity and an interest in advising customers and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence by the start of the apprenticeship
- Also welcome: Students who have realised during their current degree that they would prefer a new challenge with practical training
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Monthly pay of €1,455 in the first, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third training year, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses worth two months of pay.
- Well organised training, a mentoring programme, internal courses and support to develop your skills.
- The standard training lasts 2.5 years. Good performance can allow you to shorten it to 2 years.
- Employer contributions to savings, help with learning materials, and travel or rent support depending on the distance to your vocational school.
