Apprenticeship as Insurance and Financial Investment Specialist / Bank Sales

Start your apprenticeship at R+V Insurance – one of Germany's largest insurers. You are not alone with us: we accompany you on your way, support you individually and give you the right framework to develop your strengths. In your apprenticeship in bank sales you work closely with the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to accompany customers in important decisions about insurance, provision and financial investments.

• Connect theory and practice: You work in the team at the point of sale in branches of the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and expand your knowledge at the GenoKolleg in Münster.
• Understand insurance: You learn our insurance and financial products and experience what consulting with real customers looks like.
• Work in a team: You prepare and follow up on consulting talks, create offers and support the team in closing contracts.

• Secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or technical college/university entrance qualification
• Curiosity and enjoyment of consulting and economic topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driver's license at start of apprenticeship
