About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship in bank sales at R+V in Siegen. Working with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken, you will learn to advise customers on insurance, future financial needs and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: Work with the sales team in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and build your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understand insurance: Learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advice is given to real customers.
- Work as a team: Prepare and follow up on customer meetings, create quotes and help the team complete contracts.
Requirements
- Intermediate school leaving certificate or a qualification for university or university of applied sciences entrance
- Curiosity and an interest in advising customers and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence by the start of the apprenticeship
- Also welcome: Students who have realised during their current degree that they would prefer a new challenge with more practical work
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,455 per month in the first year, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas payments worth two months of pay.
- Support for your talents: A well organised apprenticeship, a mentoring programme, internal training and talent development.
- The usual training period is 2.5 years. It can be shortened to 2 years if your performance meets the requirements.
- Financial support: Employer savings contributions, a learning materials allowance and help with travel or rent costs depending on the distance to your vocational school.
