About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung. In bank sales training you work closely with Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers in decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments. Region: Nortorf, start: 01.08.2027, duration: 2.5 years.
What You'll Learn
- Combining theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches and expand your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understanding insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and see what advising real customers looks like.
- Working in a team: you prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss or (Fach-)Hochschulreife
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at the start of training
- Also welcome: if in your current studies you found you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed apprenticeship pay: monthly 1,455 € in the first, 1,532 € in the second and 1,620 € in the third year – plus holiday and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries.

- The regular training period is 2.5 years. With good performance, shortening to 2 years is possible.
