About this Apprenticeship
Train in bank sales at R+V in Kaiserslautern, working with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken. You will learn to advise customers on insurance, retirement planning and financial investments. Vocational school classes take place in Karlsruhe.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: Work with the sales team in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and build your knowledge at Karlsruhe vocational school.
- Understand insurance: Learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advisers work with real customers.
- Work in a team: Prepare and follow up on customer meetings, create quotes and help the team complete contracts.
Requirements
- Intermediate school certificate or a qualification for university or university of applied sciences entry
- Curiosity and an interest in advising customers and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence by the start of the apprenticeship
- Also welcome: Students who have realised during their current studies that they would prefer a new challenge with more practical work
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,455 per month in the first year, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses worth two months of pay.

- The standard training lasts 2.5 years. Good performance can allow you to shorten it to 2 years.
