About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung in bank sales. You work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers in decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches and extend your knowledge at the regional vocational school
- Understand insurance: get to know insurance and financial products and see what advising real customers looks like
- Work in a team: prepare and follow up advice conversations, create offers and support the team with contract closings
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence at the start of the apprenticeship
- Also welcome: if you found in your current studies that you would rather take on a new, hands-on challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed apprenticeship pay: monthly 1,455 € in the first, 1,532 € in the second and 1,620 € in the third year, plus holiday and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries
- Talent-friendly structure: well-structured apprenticeship, mentoring programme and in-house training and talent development
- The regular training period is 3 years. If your performance fits, shortening to 2.5 years is possible.
- Financial support: capital-forming benefits, learning materials subsidy and a contribution to travel or rent costs depending on distance to the vocational school
- Modern environment: 30 days of holiday plus 24 and 31 December off, latest iPhone and notebook, standard working week of 38 hours
