About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung. In bank sales, you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combining theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken branches and expand your knowledge at the regional vocational school.
- Understanding insurance: You get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Working in a team: You prepare advisory meetings before and after, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss or (advanced technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at the start of training
- Also welcome: if you realized during your current studies that you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: Monthly €1,455 in the first, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third training year – plus holiday and Christmas bonus equal to two monthly salaries.
- Talent-promoting program: Well-structured training, mentoring program as well as in-house training and talent development.
- The regular training period is 3 years. If your performance fits, shortening to 2.5 years is possible.
