About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. In your training in bank sales, you work closely with the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken and learn to support customers with important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken and expand your knowledge at the regional vocational school.
- Understand insurance: You get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: You prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create quotes and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Intermediate school certificate (Realschulabschluss) or university/advanced technical college entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advisory and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at the start of training
- Also welcome: if you have found in your current studies that you would rather take on a new challenge with a practical focus
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: Monthly €1,455 in the first, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third training year – plus vacation and Christmas bonus of two monthly salaries.
- Talent-promoting program: Well-structured training, mentoring program as well as in-house training and talent development.
- The regular training period is 3 years. If your performance is good, shortening to 2.5 years is possible.
- Financial support: Capital-forming benefits, learning materials allowance and contribution to travel or rent costs depending on distance to the vocational school.
