Apprenticeship as Insurance and Financial Investments Clerk / Bank Sales

Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. With us you are not alone: we accompany you on your path, support you individually and give you the right framework to develop your strengths. In your training in bank sales you work closely with the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.

• Combining theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and expand your knowledge at the GenoKolleg in Münster.
• Understanding insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and see what advising real customers looks like.
• Working in a team: you prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.

• Realschulabschluss or (Fach-)Hochschulreife
• Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and economic topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driving licence at the start of training
