About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship in bank sales at R+V in the Pößneck region. Working with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken, you learn to advise customers on insurance, planning for the future and financial investments. The programme starts on 1 August 2027 and lasts 2.5 to 3 years.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: work as part of a team serving customers in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and expand your knowledge at the local vocational school.
- Understand insurance: learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advice is given to real customers.
- Work in a team: prepare for and follow up on advice meetings, create quotes and help the team finalise contracts.
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss, a German intermediate secondary school certificate, or a university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising people and learning about business
- Motivation to learn new things
- A driving licence by the start of training
- Also welcome: applicants who have realised during their current university studies that they would prefer a new challenge with more practical experience
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,455 per month in the first year, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses totalling two months of pay.
- Support for your development: well-structured training, a mentoring programme, internal courses and support to develop your talents.
- The standard training period is 3 years. It can be shortened to 2.5 years if your performance meets the requirements.
- Financial support: contributions to savings plans, help with learning materials, and contributions towards travel or rent depending on the distance to your vocational school.
- Modern working environment: 30 days of holiday, plus 24 and 31 December off, the latest iPhone and a laptop, and a 38-hour working week under the pay agreement.
- Fitness support: partnerships with EGYM WELLPASS and Benefits.me, workplace health support and health programmes from R+V's company health insurance fund.
