Apprenticeship as Insurance and Financial Investment Clerk / Bank Sales

Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung – one of the largest insurers in Germany. You are not alone with us: we accompany you on your way, support you individually and give you the right framework to develop your strengths. In your apprenticeship in bank sales you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.

• Combining theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and expand your knowledge at the vocational school in Karlsruhe
• Understanding insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
• Working in a team: you prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create quotes and support the team with contract closings.

• Realschule certificate or (Fach-)Hochschulreife
• Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driving licence at the start of the apprenticeship
• Also welcome: if you have realised in your current studies that you would rather take on a new, hands-on challenge
