About this Apprenticeship
Train with R+V Insurance in bank sales in Ascheberg. You will work closely with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to advise customers on insurance, planning for the future and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: Work as part of a sales team in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and build your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understand insurance: Learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advice is given to real customers.
- Work as a team: Prepare for customer meetings, handle follow-up work, create quotes and help the team complete contracts.
Requirements
- Intermediate school certificate or a qualification for entry to a university or university of applied sciences
- Curiosity and an interest in advising customers and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence by the start of the apprenticeship
- Also welcome: Applicants who have started university but would prefer a new challenge with more practical learning
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,455 per month in the first year, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses worth two months of pay.

- The standard apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years. With suitable performance, you can shorten it to 2 years.
