Training at R+V Insurance, one of Germany's largest insurers; close cooperation with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken; accompany customers in decisions about insurance, pension provision and financial investments
What You'll Learn
- Connect theory and practice: work in team at point of sale in Volksbank and Raiffeisenbank branches and expand knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster
- Understand insurance: learn insurance and financial products and experience real consulting conversations with customers
- Work in team: prepare and follow up consulting talks, create offers and support team with contract conclusions
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and joy in consulting and economic topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at start of training
- Also welcome: if you have realized in your current studies that you would rather take on a new challenge in a practice-oriented way
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training salary: monthly 1,455 € in first, 1,532 € in second and 1,620 € in third training year plus holiday and Christmas bonus equal to two monthly salaries
- Talent-promoting process: well-structured training, mentoring program and in-house training and talent development; shortening to 2 years possible
