About this Apprenticeship
Train in bank sales with R+V Insurance in Brandenburg an der Havel. Work closely with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to advise customers on insurance, planning for the future, and financial investments. Individual support helps you develop your strengths.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: Work as part of the sales team in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and build your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understand insurance: Learn about the company's insurance and financial products and see how real customers are advised.
- Work as a team: Prepare and follow up on customer meetings, create quotes, and help the team finalise contracts.
Requirements
- Intermediate school certificate or university entrance qualification, including for a university of applied sciences
- Curiosity and an interest in advising customers and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence by the start of training
- Also welcome: Students who have realised they would prefer a new challenge with more practical work
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,455 per month in the first training year, €1,532 in the second, and €1,620 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses worth two months' pay.
- Support to develop your skills: Well-structured training, a mentoring programme, and internal training and development.
- Training normally lasts 2.5 years. Depending on your performance, it can be shortened to 2 years.
- Financial support: Savings contributions, a learning materials allowance, and help with travel or rent costs depending on the distance to the vocational school.
- Modern workplace: 30 days of holiday plus 24 and 31 December off, the latest iPhone and a notebook computer, and a 38-hour working week under a fixed pay agreement.
