About this Apprenticeship
- Start your apprenticeship at R+V Insurance – one of Germany's largest insurers. You're not alone with us: We accompany you on your path, support you individually and give you the right framework to develop your strengths. In your apprenticeship in bank sales, you work closely with the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to accompany customers in important decisions regarding insurance, provision and financial assets. Region: Munich | Start: 01.08.2027 | Duration: 2.5 to 3 years ## Tasks
- Connect theory and practice: You work in the team at our broker location Munich in corporate customer sales and expand your knowledge at the regional vocational school.
- Understand insurance: You learn our insurance and financial products and experience what consulting with real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: You prepare and follow up on consulting talks, create offers and support the team in closing contracts. ## Profile / Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of consulting and economic topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at start of apprenticeship
- Also welcome: If you have realized in your current studies that you would rather take on a new challenge in a practice-oriented way ## Benefits
- Fixed training allowance: Monthly 1,455 € in the first, 1,532 € in the second and 1,620 € in the third apprenticeship year – plus holiday and Christmas bonus equal to two monthly salaries.
- Talent-promoting process: Well-structured apprenticeship, mentoring program and in-house training and talent development.
- The regular apprenticeship period is 3 years. If your performance fits, a shortening to 2.5 years is possible.
- Financial support: Capital-forming benefits, learning material allowance and travel cost or rent cost contribution depending on distance to vocational school location.
- Modern environment: 30 days vacation plus off on 12/24 and 12/31, latest iPhone and notebook, collectively agreed weekly working time of 38 hours.
- Fitnessplus: Cooperation with EGYM WELLPASS and Benefits.me, company health management and health programs of the R+V company health insurance fund.
