About this Apprenticeship
Advise business customers of Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken on insurance in Munich. The role offers secure permanent employment, good pay, flexible working options and career development.
What You'll Learn
- Protection: Develop suitable property and personal insurance solutions for business customers of Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken so they can look to the future with peace of mind.
- Advice: Focus on what matters to customers. Identify their needs and guide them in person or online towards better protection.
- Customer management: Build trust with every contact. Maintain existing relationships and attract new customers with individual insurance plans.
- Sharing knowledge: Identify market opportunities and use your knowledge to support the sales partner and team in achieving greater success together.
Requirements
- Training in insurance, for example as an insurance specialist or insurance clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
- Strong knowledge and sales experience in personal and property insurance, ideally including workplace pensions
- Strong communication skills, empathy and a clear focus on customers
- Confidence with digital tools and the ability to take initiative
