Apprenticeship as Insurance and Financial Products Sales Agent

You are not alone with us: We accompany you on your way, support you individually, and give you the right framework to develop your strengths. In your apprenticeship in agency sales, you accompany customers of a general agency or general representation in important insurance and financial decisions.

• Connect theory and practice: You work in an R+V general agency Eyrisch GmbH and expand your knowledge at the regional vocational school.
• Understand insurance: You learn our insurance and financial products and experience how consulting with real customers works – in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Accompany customers: You support the preparation and follow-up of consulting talks, create offers, and help find suitable solutions for different life situations.
• Get to know agency daily routine: You gain insights into the processes of an insurance agency – from customer communication to contract questions to teamwork.

• Intermediate school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or (technical) university entrance qualification
• Curiosity and enjoyment of consulting and economic topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driver's license at start of apprenticeship
• Also welcome: If you have realized in your current studies that you would rather take on a new challenge in a practice-oriented way.
