• As a personal insurance advisor you are the first contact for customers of our general agency on R+V insurance cover in personal insurance and company pension schemes.
• You advise according to each life situation, optimise existing cover and use innovative advisory tools.
• With solid insurance solutions you protect existing customers and win new ones.
• You advise customers in person on site or in the agency, and use digital advice when needed.

• Training as an insurance specialist (m/f/d)
• Sound knowledge of company pension business and tax-relevant topics
• Strong sales skills with a clear customer focus
• Confident manner and communication skills
• Analytical foresight in creating individual customer solutions
