Start your dual study program at R+V Versicherung – one of Germany's largest insurers. In your dual study program in bank sales, you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks and learn to accompany customers in important decisions regarding insurance, provision and financial investments. • Connect theory and practice: You work in the team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Karlsruhe or Mannheim.
• Understand insurance: You learn our insurance and financial products and experience what consulting with real customers looks like.
• Work in a team: You prepare and follow up on consulting talks, create offers and support the team in concluding contracts.

• (Technical) university entrance qualification with good math grade – an already completed training is also a good prerequisite
• Curiosity and enjoyment of consulting and economic topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driver's license at start of training
