About this Apprenticeship
Dual study programme with R+V in bank sales in the Crailsheim region. You work with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to advise customers on insurance, financial protection and investments. The programme starts on 1 September 2027, lasts three years and combines practical work with study at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: work as part of the sales team in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and study at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Karlsruhe, Heidenheim or Mannheim.
- Understand insurance: learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advisers work with real customers.
- Work in a team: prepare and follow up on customer meetings, create quotes and help the team complete contracts.
Requirements
- A university entrance qualification with a good maths grade; a completed apprenticeship is also a good foundation
- Curiosity and an interest in advising people and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- A driving licence by the start of training
- Also welcome: students who have realised they would prefer a new challenge with more practical work
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,532 per month in the first year, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses totalling two months of pay
