Start your dual study at R+V Insurance – one of Germany's largest insurers. In your dual study in banking sales you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks and learn to accompany customers in important decisions regarding insurance, provision and financial investments. • Connect theory and practice: You work in the team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Karlsruhe or Mannheim
• Understand insurance: You learn our insurance and financial products and experience what advisory with real customers looks like
• Work in a team: You prepare and follow up advisory talks, create offers and support the team in concluding contracts

• University entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife or Abitur) with good mathematics grade – an already completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
• Curiosity and enjoyment of advisory and economic topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driving license at start of training
