About this Apprenticeship
Start your dual study program at R+V Insurance. In the dual study program in bank sales you work closely with the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers in decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in Volksbank and Raiffeisenbank branches and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Karlsruhe, Heidenheim or Mannheim.
- Understand insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: you prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- (Technical) university entrance qualification with a good maths grade – a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence at the start of training
- Also welcome: if you realised in your current studies that you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly €1,532 in the first, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third year – plus holiday and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries
