Dual Study Program Bachelor of Arts Business Administration – Risk and Insurance Management, Insurance Bank Sales

Start your dual study program at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. You are not alone with us: we support you on your way, promote you individually and give you the right framework to develop your strengths. In your dual study program in bank sales, you work closely with the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.

• Combining theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Stuttgart or Karlsruhe.
• Understanding insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
• Working in a team: you prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.

• (Technical) university entrance qualification with a good math grade – a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
• Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driver's license at the start of training
