Dual Study Programme Bachelor of Arts Business Administration - Insurance Agency Sales

Start your dual study programme at R+V Insurance – one of Germany's largest insurers. You are not alone with us: we accompany you on your way, support you individually and give you the right framework to develop your strengths. In your dual study programme in agency sales you will accompany customers of a general agency or general representation in important insurance and financial decisions.

• Connect theory and practice: You work in the team at the point of sale in a general agency or general representation and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University Mannheim.
• Understand insurance: You learn our insurance and financial products and experience what consulting with real customers looks like.
• Work in a team: You prepare and follow up consulting talks, create offers and support the team in concluding contracts.

• University entrance qualification or technical college entrance qualification with good mathematics grade – an already completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
• Curiosity and enjoyment of consulting and economic topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driving licence at start of apprenticeship
