• Connect theory and practice: You work in the team at the point of sale in a general agency or general representation and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University Mannheim.
• Understand insurance: You learn about our insurance and financial products and experience what consulting with real customers looks like.
• Work in a team: You prepare and follow up on consulting talks, create offers and support the team in concluding contracts.

• General higher education entrance qualification or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification with good mathematics grade – an already completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
• Curiosity and enjoyment of consulting and economic topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driving license at start of training
