What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: work with a team at the point of sale in an insurance agency and study at the Duale Hochschule Sachsen.
- Understand insurance: learn about our insurance and financial products and see how customers are advised in practice.
- Work in a team: prepare for customer meetings, complete follow up work, create quotes and help the team close contracts.
Requirements
- University entrance qualification or university of applied sciences entrance qualification with a good maths grade; a completed apprenticeship is also a good foundation
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising people and learning about business
- Motivation to learn new things
- A driving licence by the start of training
- Applicants who have realised during their current degree that they would prefer a new, more practical challenge are also welcome
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,532 per month in the first year, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas payments worth two months of pay
