About this Apprenticeship
Start your dual study programme at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. In the dual programme in agency sales, you support customers of a general agency or general representation with important insurance and financial decisions. Region: Naila, start: 01.09.2027, duration: 3 years.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in a general agency or general representation and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University Mannheim.
- Understand insurance: You get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: You prepare advisory meetings before and after, create quotes and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- (Technical) university entrance qualification with a good maths grade – a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advice and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence at the start of training
- Also welcome: if you realised in your current studies that you would rather take on a new challenge in a practice-oriented way
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly €1,532 in the first, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third training year – plus holiday and Christmas pay amounting to two monthly salaries
