About this Apprenticeship
Start your dual study program at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. In the dual program in agency sales you support customers of a general agency or general representation with important insurance and financial decisions.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: You work in the team at the point of sale in a general agency or general representation and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University Mannheim.
- Understand insurance: You get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: You prepare and follow up on advisory meetings, create quotes and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- University entrance qualification (Abitur or Fachhochschulreife) with a good maths grade – a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at the start of training
- Also welcome: if you have realized in your current studies that you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: 1,532 € per month in the first, 1,620 € in the second and 1,748 € in the third training year – plus holiday and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries
- Talent development: Bachelor's degree with further recognized qualifications, e.g. IHK financial investment intermediary, mentoring program, additional qualifications within the university program (e.g. IHK trainer aptitude) as well as in-house training and talent development
