Dual Study Program Bachelor of Arts Business Administration - Insurance Bank Sales

Start your dual study program at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. We support you along the way, promote you individually and give you the right framework to develop your strengths. In your dual study program in bank sales, you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.

• Combine theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim.
• Understand insurance: You get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
• Work in a team: You prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.

• (Technical) university entrance qualification with a good maths grade – a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
• Curiosity and enjoyment of advisory work and business topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driving licence at the start of training
