About this Apprenticeship
A three-year dual study programme with R+V Insurance in the Torgau region, starting on 1 September 2027. You will study at the dual university in Saxony and work in insurance sales with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken. You will learn to help customers with insurance, retirement planning, and investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine study and practice: work as part of the sales team in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and study at the dual university in Saxony.
- Understand insurance: learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advice is provided to real customers.
- Work in a team: prepare for and follow up on customer meetings, create quotes, and help the team complete contracts.
Requirements
- A university or university of applied sciences entrance qualification with a good mathematics grade; completed vocational training is also a good starting point
- Curiosity and an interest in advising customers and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- A driving licence by the start of training
- Also welcome: students who have realised during their current degree that they would prefer a new challenge with more practical work
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed apprenticeship pay: €1,532 per month in the first year, €1,620 in the second, and €1,748 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses amounting to two months of pay
- Support for your development: a bachelor's degree with further recognised qualifications, such as the IHK investment intermediary qualification, a mentoring programme, extra university programme qualifications such as the IHK trainer qualification, and internal training and talent development
- Financial support: employer contributions to a savings plan, help with learning materials, and contributions to travel or rent costs depending on the distance to the university
- Modern working environment: 30 days of holiday plus 24 and 31 December off, the latest iPhone and a laptop, and a 38-hour working week under the pay agreement
