About this Apprenticeship
Dual study programme with R+V in bank sales in Bochum. You work closely with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to advise customers on insurance, retirement planning and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: Work as part of a team at the point of sale in Volksbank and Raiffeisenbank branches and study at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim.
- Understand insurance: Learn about our insurance and financial products and see how real customers are advised.
- Work as a team: Prepare and follow up on customer meetings, create quotes and help the team conclude contracts.
Requirements
- A qualification for university or university of applied sciences entry with a good maths grade; a completed apprenticeship is also a good foundation
- Curiosity and an interest in advising customers and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence by the start of training
- Also welcome: Applicants who have realised during their current university studies that they would prefer a new practical challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Monthly pay of €1,532 in the first, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third training year, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses worth two months of pay.
- A bachelor's degree with further recognised qualifications, such as IHK financial investment brokerage, a mentoring programme, extra qualifications through the university programme, such as IHK trainer certification, plus internal training and support to develop your skills.
