Dual Study Program Bachelor of Arts Business Administration - Insurance Bank Sales

Start your dual study program at R+V Insurance – one of Germany's largest insurers. At our company, you are not alone: we accompany you on your path, support you individually, and give you the right framework to develop your strengths. In your dual study program in bank sales, you work closely with the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to accompany customers in important decisions regarding insurance, provision, and financial assets.

• Connect theory and practice: You work in the team at the point of sale in branches of the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and study at a dual university in Baden-Württemberg, at the BA Dresden, or at the HWR Berlin.
• Understand insurance: You learn about our insurance and financial products and experience what consulting with real customers looks like.
• Work in a team: You prepare and follow up on consulting talks, create offers, and support the team in concluding contracts.

• (Technical) university entrance qualification with good math grade – an already completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite.
• Curiosity and enjoyment of consulting and economic topics.
• Motivation to learn new things.
• Driver's license at start of studies.
