About this Apprenticeship
Dual study program at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. In bank sales you work closely with the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers in decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments. Region: Altötting, start: 01.09.2027, duration: 3 years.
What You'll Learn
- Combining theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim.
- Understanding insurance: You get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Working in a team: You prepare consultations before and after, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- (Technical) university entrance qualification with a good math grade – a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at the start of training
- Also welcome: if you have realized in your current studies that you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: Monthly 1,532 € in the first, 1,620 € in the second and 1,748 € in the third training year – plus holiday and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries
