About this Apprenticeship
Dual study programme at R+V Versicherung in bank sales. You work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers in decisions about insurance, retirement provision and investments. Duration: 3 years.
What You'll Learn
- Combining theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim.
- Understanding insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Working in a team: you prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- (Technical) university entrance qualification with a good maths grade – a completed apprenticeship is also a good basis
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advice and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence at start of training
- Also welcome: if you realised in your current studies that you prefer a more practical new challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly €1,532 in the first, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third year, plus holiday and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries
