About this Apprenticeship

Sales position with secure permanent employment and a pay model, working in a team in the Freudenstadt, Herrenberg, Horb, Meßstetten, Münsingen, Rottenburg, Rottweil, Sonnenbühl or Tübingen region. Also suitable for career changers.

What You'll Learn

  • Protection: Find suitable insurance solutions for private customers of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken
  • Advice: Identify customers' needs and guide them in person or digitally
  • Customer management: Maintain existing relationships and win new customers with individual insurance concepts
  • Knowledge transfer: Identify market opportunities and support the sales partner and team with your knowledge

Requirements

  • A commercial apprenticeship and first experience in selling financial services are an advantage
  • Sociability, empathy and strong customer orientation
  • Digital affinity and initiative
